I offer a range of flexible headshot packages to fit every schedule and budget. Whether you just need a quick actor's headshot or a full-on photo shoot with many backgrounds and looks, there is a photo package that is right for you! As your headshot photographer, I bring over 20 years of industry experience, working both in front of and behind the camera for commercials, film, and television. I will help you get incredible headshots that show you at your best and help you immediately stand out to directors and agents.

BOOKING REQUEST

Mini Session ( 1 Look)

$250 plus tax. Perfect for a quick business portraits for real estate or LinkedIn or child updates. This includes a 15 -minute session, 1 backdrop/lighting setup for headshots only, an Online un-retouched downloadable proofing gallery delivered within 24 hours of the shoot and 1 retouched downloadable file. (Approximately 40 images in your gallery)

The Break Out (2 Looks)

$425 plus tax. This includes a 30-minute session with 2 lighting/backdrop setups for headshots only, an Online un-retouched downloadable proofing gallery delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, and 2 Retouched digital files. (Includes approximately 100 images) *Agent discount may be applied*

The Professional (3 Looks)

$525 plus tax. Includes a 1-hour session, 3 lighting setups/backdrop changes, an Online un-retouched downloadable proofing gallery delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, and 4 retouched digital files. (Includes Approximately 150+ images) *Agent discount may be applied *

The Ultimate Session (4 Looks)

$625 plus tax, Includes a 1-hour session, 4 lighting setups/backdrop changes, an Online un-retouched downloadable proofing gallery delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, and 5 retouched digital files. (Includes Approximately 150+ images) *Agent discount may be applied *

The Family Bubble Session

$1000 plus tax. Includes a 2-hour headshot session that can be split amongst family members (up to 4 persons max). You'll receive approximately 2 looks each, (up to 4 people) Can include a group photo, An online downloadable proofing gallery, and 8 retouched digital images.

The 30 Minute Lightning Session

$499 plus tax. This is a strict 30-minute headshot session with as many looks, lighting, backdrop changes as we can fit into 30 minutes. (at least 4) Great for the easy-going, low-maintenance individual who wants lots of variety. You'll get an online downloadable proofing gallery within 24 hrs of your shoot and 4 retouched digital files. (Approx 200+images) This does not allow for Makeup & Hair Changes.

The 60 minute Lightning Session

$699 plus tax. This is a strict 1-hour headshot session with as many looks, lighting, backdrop changes as we can fit into one hour. Great for the low-maintenance individual who wants a lot of variety. You'll get an online downloadable proofing gallery of all of your images, plus 6 retouched digital files. (Approx 300+ photos) Does not allow for Hair and Makeup changes.

The Half Day Shoot (4 Hours)

$1500 plus tax, Includes Professional Makeup and Hair, Great for Models, Fitness enthusiasts, Social Media branding content. This includes 4 hours of studio time, Multiple lighting setups/ backdrop changes that allow for full-body setups, indoor and outdoor if weather permits, an online un-retouched downloadable proofing gallery delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, and 10 retouched digital files. (Approximately 200+ images.)

Corporate Rates (Half or Full Day)

Looking for something more specific, or multiple people in one shoot? Inquire about our half or full-day corporate rates. Shoots can happen in studio or on location (Travel fees may apply) and can accommodate 75 people in one day. Please email your details your info@lindseymacdonald.com for a quote.

Hair and Makeup Styling

Having your hair and makeup professionally done is highly recommended – even for children and men! 95% of my shoots have makeup and hairstyling added for a clean, polished and professional look. Makeup is always kept clean and natural especially for acting headshots.

Rates start at $150 for women 13 & up. $100 for men or kids 12 & under. This rate stands for shoots booked for 1 hour or less.

Rates may vary for the Ultimate session or for additional looks or timely hairstyles.

Receiving Your Images

Please note that shoots do NOT include ALL RAW images.

Within 24 hours of your shoot, you will receive a link to a 30-day online proofing gallery. From this gallery, you will be able to download and save all of the images from your shoot for personal use (social media and your own personal business websites or casting websites are ok). (Publications require copyright release and or usage fees)

You will select which images you would like for retouch, and I will deliver your retouched images via email within a few days of your selections.

Additional retouches not included in your package are billed at $25 plus tax per image. Retouching includes color correction, blemish, and stray hair removal, skin smoothing, teeth, and eye brightening, and sharpening. Additional retouching such as clothing correction, body slimming, face contouring, etc is billed as additional retouching at $75/hr.

You may also purchase prints, actors 8x10's, or digital files directly through your proofing gallery.

Payment

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session after you have emailed info@lindseymacdonald.com to receive a shoot date. Deposits must be received within 48 hours of receiving your shoot date from Lindsey's schedule or you will be removed from the current schedule.

Your remaining payment must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Email transfer, Credit Card, and Cash payments accepted. An invoice will be sent out at the time of booking with payment details.

Rescheduling due to illness or COVID-like symptoms, or being called to set will not result in loss of payment or rebooking fee, however, you must provide written notice at least 12 hours prior to reschedule.

If you are a no-show, 50% of your shoot fee will be kept as a no-show fee.

No refunds once your shoot had been completed.
